Late tickets are available before September 29th 2023.


For Pro, there is a “Buy 10 get 1 Free” group package available for purchase through September 14. Contact pro@saseconnect.org for more information regarding the discount or to purchase any quantity of registrations in bulk.


The SASE PRO Conference and Convention Cancellation Refund Policy is as follows:

NO CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES ARE REFUNDABLE.

Registrations canceled on or before September 14th are refundable but subject to a $75 administrative fee. Registrants canceling on or after September 14th will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.

Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; a written request must be sent to pro@saseconnect.org prior to 7 days of the start of the conference. The request must be from the registrant and contain the full name, email and phone number of the person to whom the registration is to be transferred. Requests received after this time cannot be completed. If a registration code has been used for a canceled registration, the organization or company distributing the code will be credited with an additional use. A monetary refund will not be issued for registrations paid using a code.

Refunds for additional purchases and/or tours are subject to the cancelation and refund policies of the 3rd party vendors/businesses. In the event SASE must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, SASE will refund the original ticket price. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. SASE does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

All attendees can use a photo ID to pick up their badge at registration. The hours for the Registration are available on the conference app. Attendees will be able to pick up their badges at GWCC (Georgia World Congress Center).


The SASE Professional Conference is a professional workshop and networking event. Business casual attire is highly recommended. We are encouraging attendees to dress in cultural attire for our Wednesday night Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception.

If you stay with the Omni, you are also able to access your hotel room within minutes from the Convention Center which makes the Omni a great and convenient stay.

If you are a member of the Omni Loyalty program and have room there, there is free in-room wifi. There is also wifi in the common space of the GWCC


The Convention Registration Desk is located in the GWCC on Level 4.  You can access a walkway from the North Tower of the Omni Hotel on Level M2.

You will need your photo ID along with your smiling face.


Registrants may access the event app here to select specific sessions. Note that the 9:20am morning workshops on Thursday and Friday are space-limited and WILL require pre-selection.

HOTEL & TRANSPORTATION

While hotel shuttles are not available, the MARTA is a very affordable option.  It is about $2.50 from the airport to the hotel.  We do not recommend using the MARTA if you are traveling alone or late at night.  Take the train from the airport to the Five Points Station.  The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the station.  You can refer to the MARTA website for exact directions. Please be aware that there will be construction taking place with the MARTA; more information can be found here


RideShares are also available, but be mindful of surge and other charges before booking your fare. You might also want to check out taxi rates as they are more protected from additional fees (but not completely).

Omni hotel only offers valet parking. Valet parking is a flat overnight fee of $55 for regular size vehicles and $60 for full size vehicles (ex. SUVs, trucks, etc.). There are also other public parking garages nearby.

The Omni Loyalty Program is a free service that provides access to perks such as complimentary in-room wifi, a daily beverage and express checkout. All you need is an email and phone number to sign up and the account can be used at any Omni location.  You can learn more and sign up here.

Health protocols will not be finalized within 4 weeks of the convention to ensure that SASE is following the most current recommendations possible.
